Job Description
As an HR Business Partner, no day is the same and sometimes the days run differently than you planned in advance. You advise the board, the management teams, team coaches, employees and other colleagues on the HR themes, such as absenteeism, recruitment and selection, staffing and development. You ask the right questions and you can hold a mirror in front of others. You focus on attention to people, well-being, and the development of teams. The relevant stakeholders expect you to be a real sparring partner. In addition to your role as a sparring partner, you will also identify internal and external developments, which you will then link to our organizational objectives in order to continue to develop our HR policy. In doing so, you are expected to help strengthen the coherence between all HR themes so that our colleagues in the line can build on a strong, current and coherent HR policy framework. In short: a broad role in which you can really make a difference.
