DCMR is the environmental service with the greatest challenge in the Netherlands: monitoring and improving the environmental quality in the most bustling and densely populated area we are rich in, the Rijnmond area and, on behalf of the province of Zeeland, also for the Zeeland BRZO companies. We are determined to find the ideal balance between the ambitions of the more than 27,000 companies that operate here and the 1.2 million people who want to live and work here in a liveable and safe way. That's balancing for the advanced. That is why DCMR is looking for committed specialists who want to use their knowledge and skills for a better living environment and who want to grow among professionals.
Will you come and lead our testing policy with a steady hand, professionalize our practice and at the same time contribute to a clean, healthy and safe living environment?
At DCMR we rarely sit still and certainly not when it comes to our many systems. We meet the changes in the world and the demands placed on us with significant digital ambitions. From changes to existing applications (for example as a result of the new Environment and Planning Act) to completely new ones (our digital register for permits), we see and utilize all possibilities. This provides interesting work for you as a test coordinator. You are the conscience of a project of change when it comes to the quality of the result. You bring the expertise of all parties (suppliers, functional and technical managers, project leaders, key users and the business) and yourself together in a master test plan and ensure that it is implemented. From the product risk analysis, from planning and acceptance criteria to coordinating implementation and release advice, you organize the entire test process with knowledge and tenacity. Even if there is hectic or busy, you continue to monitor progress and report to the project leader on time. By thinking along about improvements, proactively maintaining contact with the many parties involved and working on support, you also help to further professionalize the testing practice within DCMR.
