Discipline Engineer Civil

We are looking for a driven Civil Discipline Engineer for our client to strengthen the team. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and specifying technical standards for procurement, maintenance, inspection and testing of civilian assets.

What are you going to do?

• Maintenance engineering of work processes, standards, test protocols, procedures and maintenance plans;
• Developing specifications for new equipment during the project design phase;
• Defining the technical scope and advising on new maintenance and support contracts;
• Manage asset management programs for all civilian assets;
• Writing technical advice based on condition monitoring results, root cause analysis of incidents or recurring problems.

To be successful as a Civil Discipline Engineer, you meet the following requirements:

• HBO/WO technical vocational training (Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent);
• In possession of VCA-VOL;
• At least 5-10 years of experience in the process industry;
• Sense of responsibility and urgency to achieve goals;
• Skilled in first-line diagnosis of malfunctions and identification of performance problems;
• Decisive, determined and willing to take on challenges;
• Desire to learn, grow and embrace change.
