Information Analyst

For our client we are looking for a driven Information Analyst who can bridge the gap between HR processes and technology. In this role you are responsible for supporting the design of new process flows and translating them into functional designs. You are part of a project team that is concerned with setting up Time Management according to the requirements of our client and supervises the transition from the old to the new system.

What are you going to do?
You ensure that the requirements are closely monitored during construction, support testing and ensure a smooth transfer to the test team. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the organization is ready for the implementation of the new system and associated products.

To be successful as an Information Analyst, you meet the following requirements:

• Completed HBO/WO education (or demonstrable comparable experience/education).
• At least 5 years of experience in functionally guiding HR IT implementation processes.
• Experience describing complex interfaces.
• Substantive knowledge of SAP HCM / SAP Payroll / SAP HCM Time management is an advantage.
• Substantive knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Time Management (Time Off/Time Sheet/Time tracking).
• Knowledge and experience with Agile / Scrum projects, but also familiarity with the classic waterfall / Prince II project method.
• Extensive knowledge of HR processes and HR IT systems is a big plus.
