(Junior) Recruiter
We are looking for an ambitious recruiter for permanent and interim positions in technology and ICT! Are you already experienced in supervising temporary workers, do you have a passion for recruitment and have the ambition to develop your self? Do you have an affinity with technology and do you speak fluent Dutch, English and Turkish? Then we would like to meet you!
What are you going to do?
As a Recruiter you are responsible for recruiting and selecting professionals. You conduct intake interviews to understand candidate needs, screen resumes and cover letters, and conduct job interviews to find the perfect match. In addition, you draw up recruitment profiles and maintain close contact with working candidates, inform about their satisfaction and help out when needed.
You are people-oriented with good communication skills, you take responsibility and you are result driven. Affinity with technology and living in the Rotterdam area is an advantage.
