Lead Engineer Building & Construction

For our client we are looking for an enthusiastic Lead Engineer Building & Construction who enjoys taking the lead in challenging and complex projects in the field of designing buildings and structures. With our client you will have the opportunity to fully utilize and further expand your expertise in this area.

What are you going to do?
You will be part of multidisciplinary project teams and act as a contact person for your customers in the Arnhem region. You will work closely with your colleagues from the Building & Construction department in Haarlem.

Our client is known for integrated advice for new construction and upgrades of various industrial facilities, where safety, sustainability and efficiency improvements are central. They strive for innovative solutions with a multidisciplinary approach, including the development of new biobased processes and applications.

We expect from you:

• A completed HBO education in construction engineering.
• At least five years of work experience and preferably knowledge of both architecture and construction.
• Good communication skills in both Dutch and English are a must.
• You are the point of contact for your customers, responsible for project implementation and management, and support the department head in drawing up contract documents and quotations.
