Lead Piping Designer (PDMS/E3D Aveva)

As a Lead Piping Designer at our client, you are the expert who converts complex technical challenges into feasible solutions, in record time. Here, among varied projects, ranging from large-scale offshore, wind or onshore energy projects to several challenging smaller assignments, you will find your ideal workplace.

What are you going to do?
In close collaboration with the Piping Design Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that projects run smoothly according to plan. Your stamp on the project ensures that the end result not only meets, but preferably exceeds, the customer's expectations. You are not only the guardian of the planning, but also the leader of a team of enthusiastic piping designers. You regularly sit down with the customer and work intensively with specialists from various disciplines.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Lead Piping Designer with:

• A completed MBO or HBO course in mechanical engineering.
• Ten to fifteen years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with E3D Aveva and AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• The ability to communicate effectively with international customers and colleagues.
• Persuasion and motivation skills to get the best out of the team.
• Organizational talent for managing large, complex projects.
• An eye for detail with the ability to see the bigger picture.
