Process Operator

For our client we are looking for a driven Process Operator who is responsible for the smooth running of the production process. In this role you operate, monitor, regulate, and adjust process equipment. You carry out routine checks and patrol work areas to ensure process safety and technical availability.

What are you going to do?
As a Process Operator you interpret analysis results and adjust factory conditions if necessary. You recognize potential problems relating to safety, health, environment and quality, and you act appropriately under the supervision of a Senior Operator or Head Operator. Reporting and correctly transferring responsibilities are also part of your duties.

To be successful as a Process Operator, you meet the following requirements:

• Chemical or process industry vocational training (Vapro C process, MBO AOT or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of experience in the chemical process industry.
• Independent and flexible, both in a team and individually.
• High safety, health, environment and quality awareness.
• Desire to learn, grow, and be open to change.
• In possession of a VCA VOL certificate or motivated to obtain it.
