Product Owner

For our client we are looking for a driven Product Owner (PO) within the Maintenance cluster. In this role you are connected to the MES team, which is responsible for the central system (ERP) that controls all machines in the wheel overhaul production line.

What are you going to do?
As a PO of team MES, you work closely with the Scrum Master to ensure that the team has a solid foundation and can deliver the right value to the business. You will also work on a project involving a migration from Baan to INFOR LN, the ERP system that affects the Haarlem and Berkel Enschot locations. Your task is to set up a mature team, implement agile working and get to know stakeholders and their interests and wishes.

You have a results-responsible role in an environment in which IT, data, equipment maintenance and operations come together. As a representative of customer interests, you work together with the team to achieve the following goals: managing partial products in the maintenance domain, drawing up and managing clear working agreements with internal and external chain partners, and contributing to the continuous improvement of performance on in the areas of availability, reliability and (cyber) security.

To be successful as a Product Owner, you meet the following requirements:

• Completed HBO/WO education and at least five years of work experience as a product owner in a similar environment.
• Experience with the implementation and further development of ERP software.
• Work experience in the material maintenance domain is an advantage.
• Experience with drawing up requirements in a complex domain.
• Knowledge of and experience with Scrum, Agile, SAFe.
