Project Manager Electrical Engineering

We are looking for a driven Electrical Engineering Project Manager for our client. In this role you are the driving force behind design teams that specialize in installation design and implementation supervision of electrical installations. Whether it concerns education, offices, leisure, distribution centers, data centers, public transport, corporate housing or complex housing; you are at the helm.

What are you going to do?
Leading various project teams is your expertise, where you motivate them to achieve optimal results. With your extensive knowledge of electrical engineering, you ensure that projects remain within budget and schedule, and you contribute to making our society more sustainable. Active participation in the design team and close contact with clients and project partners are essential to realize projects satisfactorily.

You also play a crucial role in the quotation phase. Here you work together with colleagues, project partners and clients on project proposals that help us distinguish ourselves in the market. At our client, they combine knowledge of installation technology and construction, allowing them to approach projects integrally. As pioneers in 3D designs and BIM, they seamlessly coordinate building-related installations with other disciplines.

To be successful as an Electrical Engineering Project Manager, you meet the following requirements:

• A completed electrical engineering higher vocational or university education, supplemented with further technical training (HIT is a major advantage).
• Several years of experience in designing electrical installations at project manager level in non-residential construction.
• Knowledge of specialist subjects such as security technology.
• Excellent listening skills to understand the underlying question of the client.
• Communication skills, both oral and written.
• Technically strong and able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Drive to find the most suitable solutions for challenging projects.
